Vision for Sustainable Events will host three panels at the Event Production Show, ExCeL, Thursday 26th February 2026, to discuss the findings and ‘how to’ implement recommendations of the third edition of The Show Must Go On Report.
- Reading the Roadmap: Key contributors to the Show Must Go On Report, launched Feb 2026, will give outdoor event professionals insights into how the report signposts best practice across multiple areas to give clear direction to deliver more sustainable events.
- Bring the Energy: There have been significant advances in technology and the approach to powering a green field site. This panel will lean into what is realistically achievable for events to power their events efficiently and sustainably.
- Taking the Sustainable Journey: This panel will discuss how to tackle travel and transport impacts, which are the biggest single contributor to the CO2 emissions of outdoor events, with onboard:earth, You.Smart.Thing and Industry guests.
